Once a Subscription is purchased and activated, it is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, accidental purchases, or if You choose to discontinue using the Service before Your subscription period ends for any reason.
We encourage You to utilize any free trial periods or explore available free content to assess the value of our Service before committing to a paid Subscription.
2.2. Subscription Management and Cancellation
Our subscriptions are typically recurring. This means Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period for a similar period, and You will be charged the then-current subscription fee.
It is Your sole responsibility to manage Your recurring subscription and cancel it by turning off auto-renewal if You do not wish to continue the Service for the next billing cycle. You can typically manage Your subscriptions through the platform You used to subscribe (e.g., Google Play Store settings, Apple App Store settings, or our website's subscription management portal if applicable).
No refunds will be granted for charges incurred due to Your failure to cancel a recurring subscription in a timely manner before the renewal date.

In very rare and specific cases, such as a billing error directly attributable to Aiduva or as may be strictly required by applicable consumer protection laws in Your jurisdiction, we may review a situation. However, this does not imply a general right to a refund outside of our stated no-refund policy. Any such considerations are at Aiduva's sole discretion.

4. Subscription Charges

5. Aiduva's Discretion: Alternative Non-Monetary Resolutions
Aiduva values its users. While monetary refunds are not provided, in certain situations where a user experiences significant technical issues preventing access to the Service that are directly attributable to Aiduva and cannot be resolved in a timely manner, Aiduva may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative non-monetary resolution. This could include, but is not limited to, an extended period of free usage of the Application or access to additional features, once the issue is rectified.
Any such alternative resolution is offered on a case-by-case basis, is not a refund, and does not set a precedent for future requests.
6. Payment Gateway and Third-Party Platform Issues
Aiduva utilizes third-party payment gateways (e.g., Google Play Store's billing system, Apple App Store's billing system) to process subscription payments. For any issues directly arising from the payment gateway or platform's operations, such as duplicate charges due to a gateway error, payment processing failures not attributable to Aiduva, or unauthorized transactions managed by the platform's security, the liability and resolution process will primarily be governed by the terms and conditions of that third-party payment gateway or platform provider.
Aiduva will provide reasonable assistance in liaising with such third parties if an issue arises, but the ultimate responsibility for resolving payment gateway-specific errors lies with the gateway provider.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
